Your responsibilities within our Tribe

Transferring data from scan format into computer files
Typing in the data system with all the requirements
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Sort and organize the daily work upon the billing factory
Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable
Check the data input the data system to ensure accuracy of final bill
Answer questions and handle complaints regarding bills
Report daily activity to upper management
Track exceptions between the file and the invoice registered
Work closely with other employees in the department
Perform any other cognate duties as may be required by Management
Your differentiating profile

HSC with accounting background
Minimum 1-year experience in general accounting or billing
Proficient in MS Office Excel
Working knowledge of accountant software
Detail oriented
Comfortable with numerical data
Good communication skills
