Course 1 : Front-end web development

You will learn :

- HTML / xHTML, CSS
- Installation of a local web server
- Slice and dice + optimisation (main part of the course)
- Publish your website on the web
- Introduction to HTML5 and CSS3, Search Engine Optimisation, JavaScript, jQuery, Flash and ActionScript

At the end of this course, you will be able to build attractive, cross-browser compatible webpages (static) for business or personal use with quality hand-coded HTML / xHTML and CSS.

Course 2 : Back-end web development

You will learn :

- Advanced HTML / xHTML and CSS
- Programming with PHP
- Database essentials with MySQL
- PHP with MySQL to build data-driven websites
- JavaScript programming, jQuery, jQuery UI, AJAX
- Introduction to creating websites for mobile devices

At the end of this course, you’ll be able to build dynamic & data-driven websites; from simple to complex ones, including tailor-made CMSes and e-commerce websites.
