We are a multinational company working in telecommunications services sector currently penetrating the Mauritian market with our partner telecom operator. We are looking for a dynamic, young Team Supervisor to join our fast growing team of freelance agents.
Acting as the conduit between senior management and staff, the Team Supervisor will be responsible for managing a group of people and will spend time with the teams of agents, assessing performance and reporting on developments.
The Team Supervisor will need to have his/ her eyes and ears on the ground and always paying attention in order to oversee staff performance. This shall require travelling to the specific region where the Teams are working on a weekly basis. Specific responsibilities will include:
Assisting in agent recruitment process
Ensuring the performance of the staff is of a high standard
Reporting to management
Organising training sessions as and when required
Discussing and resolving problems
Carrying out performance reviews
Requirements: The ideal candidate should: Be self-driven, organized and prepared to work in a smart and fun way with zeal to motivate his/ her teams; possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and willingness to take initiatives; possess the ability to maintain strong relationship and high level of personal integrity. Qualifications: Minimum diploma or other equivalent or acceptable qualification. Previous working experience in a related position is mandatory.
