Through my experience there I have further developed my ability to pay attention to every details as there are customers who report claims that might not be covered by the insurance policy. Having face to face interactions with customers, my communication skills have greatly improved and I have gained confidence to tackle difficult situations. I also developed the ability in explaining the technical aspect of the insurance policy in layman terms. My sense of responsibility increased to a great level as I was also responsible to make payments to customers on the system. Moreover I realised the importance of team work because we were all assigned a responsibility for a particular claim thus we relied on our colleagues towards final settlement of claims.
