The Beach of Pereybere is (600 mts) less than 15 minutes' walk away. Shops, banks, cybercafes, and car rental agencies are within walking distance. The town of Grand Bay is only 5 minutes away if you travel by a local bus. 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, shower cubicle, 2 toilets, fully equipped kitchen, parking, terrace, garden, tennis court, large swimming pool of (260 square metre). Cutlery, crockery, bed sheets, towels, pillowcases, blankets, tablecloths are all provided except for beach towels. For your own safety in Mauritius, the residence has a security service which is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An airport pick-up service is available upon request. You can choose between an air-conditioned car for travelling or a mini-van. The rate for a group of 7 people is between 45-55 Euros per Night depending on the season - please email us for confirmation. The price includes the use of the villa and all its facilities. Upon reservation, you will be asked to make a transfer of 50% of the total rental amount for the period required and the remaining 50% needs to be cleared by the same means of payment at least a week before your entrance in the villa. A cheque of 150 Euros, will be asked as deposit upon check in. This cheque will not be cashed and will be returned upon check out, after a final inventory.
