Having face to face interactions with customers, my communication skills have greatly improved and I have gained confidence to tackle difficult situations. I also developed the ability in explaining the technical aspect of the insurance policy in layman terms. My sense of responsibility increased to a great level as I was also responsible to make payments to customers on the system. Moreover I realised the importance of team work because we were all assigned a responsibility for a particular claim thus we relied on our colleagues towards final settlement of claims.
