Job Description • Responsible for the day to day running of the office. • Respond to inquiries (on site/on telephone) • Responsible for the ATech group databases (sales, timesheeting, backup files etc). • Produce reports/management information. • Carry out general administrative and office managerial tasks including filing, telephone answering, data entry, record keeping, printing, binding etc. • Maintain a clean and tidy working environment • Ensure the safeguarding of all funds • Reconcile the accounts payable and receivable • Assist with preparation and advertising of company materials • Provide project support and ensure processes are followed • Perform other related duties as required Job Requirements • Minimum qualification SC holder • Good knowledge of using computers and Office Packages • Time management skills • Decision making skills • Effective verbal and listening communications skills • Analytical and problem solving skills • Residing near Mahebourg will be a definite advantage Please email us your CV and cover letter mentioning your expected salary to yushreen@atech.mu ...
